NATHAN SKAINES

Nathan has extensive experience in the child protection field, both as a Direct Carer and as a Team Leader. He developed a keen understanding of trauma, how it affects individuals, and most importantly how to support these people during times where they struggle to “keep their cool.”

Nathan’s experience in child protection has equipped him well for working in the Mental Health field. He has a gentle nature and a person- centred approach and understands the importance of our relationships with others. He also has a rather odd sense of humour that can take some getting used to!

Nathan holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Human Services). His experience, the skills he has collected along the way and his enthusiastic, friendly nature makes him a valuable member of the team at Magnus Health.
